CrossFit is more than a group fitness class. It is individual coaching in a group setting. The workouts are always different and scalable, making it the perfect training program for anybody at any level.
Your CrossFit Journey starts with our beginner fitness and nutrition program. This is a step-by-step catalyst to a healthy life! During your beginner course you will receive:
- 4 private 1:1 sessions will where you will learn the CrossFit movements and we will assess your strengths and weaknesses and assure proper form and technique is learned.
- Body weight, body measurements, nutrition consultation, shopping list, meal plan and a nutrition handbook and access to our motivational and supportive private Facebook group.
- Trial Group Classes 3x week
- You will also learn about the work out language and become familiar with the space and equipment.
- Upon completion, you and your coach will review your progress and choose a plan that works best for you. Either personal training or group classes.
