At Middletown Fitness we honor the foundational principles of yoga and a provide a gathering place for like minded community members that could dramatically improve their range of motion, overall strength, and SO much more. These yoga techniques help mobility by:

• Releasing trapped or restricted muscle tissue which can then be utilized by the body to stretch deeper or exhibit strength
